Our chain bracelets are available in two different sizes to ensure the perfect fit for your wrist. Fine Bracelets come in sizes 17 cm and 18 cm, including the closure, whereas wide bracelets are available in sizes 18 cm and 19 cm. This additional length ensures that the bracelet doesn’t fit too tightly on your wrist, accommodating its width

CARE
Clean your jewellery by a soft jewellery cloth or rinse it with water and a drop of dishwashing soap. Use a soft toothbrush if needed. Never use silver dip solutions for cleaning.
Store your silver and gold jewellery in a seal bag to avoid scratching and tarnishing.

SHIPPING/Pick-up
Most jewelry pieces are handmade on order in my Rotterdam studio. The regular processing time for your order is 7 workdays (excluding shipping) after payment. You’ll receive an email if there are any delays in your order’s delivery time. If you require faster delivery, please email me, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.
It is possible to pick up your jewellery piece at my studio in Rotterdam (North). Tick the box ‘Studio Pick-up’ in the ordering process. I will notify you by email once your jewellery piece is ready and to set a date for pickup with you.
You parcel will be shipped by Postnl. The amount of shipping costs will be calculated at check out.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email you can use to follow the status of the shipment.
PACKAGING
All jewellery is packed in a cardboard grey box with a gold or silver Logo on it. Inside the box the jewellery is packed in a seal bag, to avoid tarnishing and scratching.
If you like your gift to be wrapped, please tick the box during check-out.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your jewellery piece, you can return it within 7 days after receipt to Hooidrift 21a 3023KG Rotterdam. Do let me know upfront by email. I am happy to exchange or refund, providing the jewellery is received in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Items that are custom made to your requirements can not be refunded or exchanged. Shipping costs will not get refunded.
