Martine Viergever celebrates the extraordinary in ordinary things. With this first collection, the designer Viergever lovingly digs up common objects from kitchen drawers and dusty corners to elevate them into jewels. Pen caps, sink plugs, and sparkler patterns are transformed and given an unprecedented beauty, handmade in silver and gold.

The form remains the same, but the function of these items changes by being elevated into items we proudly wear around our neck or pin to our chest. Things That Might As Well Be… is an ever-evolving collection of jewelry to which new items are constantly added.
